Request for a debate/discussion by all contestants with residents

Hi Veera

We have been discussing on TG for this without any avail. Therefore, we are requesting you formally to help in this. I and my team would like to address MHV residents on our candidatures, and also listen to their queries or suggestions. We request 6-6.45PM on 20th, and 11-11.45AM on 21st to be given to us to do this. You may consider allocating similar times for rest of the contestants also.

We need mic and a few chairs as necessary and venue can be center stage or CH1 or CH2, depending on expected turnout.

Please provide the same.

We need to get a confirmation/declaration in writing from all the contestants of these elections  that they are no way related in any way to Myhome group officially or personally.  This way we can avoid any conflict of interest when it comes to dealing with Myhome management.
