Hi Office Bearers, MC members, and MHV Association Members

As MC has resigned recently, presumably on moral grounds w.r.t. the incident of a financial fraud which resulted in a JLL staff suicide also, there is a specific concern.

If MC has resigned on moral grounds, it only means that they will not recontest in elections until the fraud matters are settled and the present MC members are found to be "not-at-all accountable" to the financial fraud that has happened.

And if MC members are intentionally recontesting, there is no moral stance and it is a wasteful exercise to push the society through the effort and expenses. And there is no moral stance left either. In that case, MC can continue their term and help in recovering the monies and plug in the fraud.

Request all to reconsider and hold up society interests high. As such elections are mostly driven by proxies, illegal OTPs, unequal data access to contestants and such. That does not prove any body right and over financial mismanagement, fraud or any legal issues.

Best regards
