Dear Mr Dayakar

Greetings! Hope you are doing well.

We, residents, are writing to you because MHC is still responsible for a number of things in MHV. While our MC is representing our issues well and square, we also want to let you know our concerns and issues are same as those raised our MC. The reason being raising anxieties around security, maintenance, STP, and facility management. It is important to address the community before anxieties escalate into bigger issues. The issues around these continue to remain the same despite several commitments.

We had requested the MC some information to be shared ahead of the Open House such that we have smooth and constructive discussion in the open house, which you may be aware of. Apart from that, we require deciding authorities from MHC, JLL and all key vendors to be present in the open house. We look for productive discussion, clarity and commitment.

The information we seek to know, at least by 19th EOD is as follows:

1. What is the right level of security for MHV and how much of it is on ground? Explain reason for variation and give date for correction.

2) how did you calculate the capacity for help desk, maintenance and support staff and how many are actually deployed? Explain variation and commit timeline for correction

3) what are the specs for STP, root cause for failure, and proposal to correct. Commit timeline and maintenance plan

4) what are service level commitments for key vendors such as security, help desk, JLL, maintenance etc?

5) what are the contractual terms with key vendors and status of bills and payments. Include billed but not paid also. Please share contracts if already executed.

6) when will MHC decommission dumping yard? Just a simple date. Note that implication also means we have to find safe disposal of interior waste ourselves.

7) Also include timeline for any unfinished construction work.

8)  clear and separate contact points for a) maintenance, b) construction related, c) essential services such as pyramid, STP etc.

We will be happy if you communicate through our elected MC. However, we would like you to know that residents are getting impatient by each day and we need solutions right now.

Best regards
Vamsi Krishna
