Dear GS and President and other MC Members
There has been a communication on the issue mentioned in the subject from the MC. Subsequently, you have posted on Telegram on 29th Dec some details mentioning that this has come to MC's knowledge about 10 days ago. Regarding this, I have certain important queries which I have asked on Telegram without any response from you gentlemen so far. Therefore, I am requesting this information formally here.
Here are my queries:
1. If the issue was discovered 10 days ago, why was communication to society members delayed unless alleged speculation occured?
2.
What is the reliability or locus standi of the JLL ethical committee? MC
has been forming odd committees for everything, as if this is a
parliament. But given this is a serious issue which is not only
financial fraud but a loss of life on duty, why didn't MC initiate a
neutral MHV owners committee to see this? It can be done now also.
3.
Irrespective of JLL ethical comm, our financial.mgt system has been
exposed and proven unsafe. We need to get an independent audit committee
appointed by GBM, without any involvement of MC, to have a neutral
assessment asap?
4. Are there any police complaints filed by the family of the deceased party? It is a risk in which MHV as a society may be
dragged. Can MC verify this from PS and confirm whether it is filed or not?
And if filed, on whose name?
5. Why didn't MC formally complain to the HK agency? As it's financial fraud, why don't we file an FIR against the HK agency? The supervisor of the HK agency/ies has committed fraud. But the MHV contract is with the HK Agency. HK agency/cies should be answerable to MHV as they are supposed to manage the risks.
6. Given point 5 above, why did MC deal with the accused/deceased directly without taking it up with the HK Agency/ies?
Can you please provide specific and accurate responses to these queries and concerns serious issues of loss of a life on duty and also financial fraud.
