*NOTICE OF ADJOURNED GENERAL BODY MEETING*
Dear Members/Residents,
The General Body Meeting (GBM) of the *Czar Apartment Owners Association (AOA)* was held today, *Sunday, 17th August 2025* at the Club House. However, as the required quorum was not formed, the business on the agenda could not be transacted.
In accordance with the provisions of the Association’s bye-laws, the said meeting now stands *adjourned*, and the *Adjourned GBM* will be held as follows:

*Agenda of Adjourned GBM*
1. To seek members’ consent for *membership registration/regularisation of apartment owners under the AOA in accordance with the U.P. Apartment Act, 2010.*
2. To update members regarding the *legal proceedings already filed before the Hon’ble NCLT for handover of maintenance and management of common areas from YG Estates Pvt. Ltd.*
3. To seek and record *formal consent of members authorising the AOA to continue pursuing the said proceedings and all related legal processes* on behalf of residents.
4. To discuss *maintenance issues of the society* and the way forward.
5. Any other matter if needed with the permission of the Chair.
*Note:* As this is the adjourned GBM, the business on the agenda shall be transacted with the members present, and no quorum shall be required.
