Dear Residents,

Good Afternoon. 🙏

We would like to inform you that the Supreme Court has issued a stay order on the NCLAT decision, temporarily halting NBCC’s involvement in our project. This may affect previously outlined plans and timelines.

On February 19, 2025, we attended a meeting with NBCC and the IRP, where we engaged with the project’s consultants and team. The discussion covered key updates, including NBCC’s project oversight, regulatory approvals, proposed construction timelines, structural assessments, and compliance measures. Additionally, this morning, we had a detailed discussion with the NBCC project head to highlight our project’s deficiencies.

However, due to the recent stay order, NBCC’s role is currently on hold. We are actively seeking clarification on the next steps and will continue engaging with the relevant authorities to address our society’s concerns.

Please be assured that we remain committed to improving our society’s conditions. Our focus remains on addressing deficiencies, securing necessary certifications, and completing registries.
