Important Safety Advisory from IGL – Safe Usage of PNG and Deepawali Precautions

Dear Residents,

We are sharing an important communication received from Indraprastha Gas Limited (IGL) regarding safety precautions for Piped Natural Gas (PNG) users, especially during the festive season.

As mentioned in the advisory, all residents are requested to strictly follow the safety guidelines to prevent any accident or damage to property. Kindly note the following key points:

* Do not light candles, diyas, or perform any burning activity near the gas pipeline or yellow-marked IGL installations.

* Avoid tampering with IGL equipment, pipelines, or valve chambers.

* Do not allow parking or storage of any items over underground IGL gas valve chambers.

* Immediately inform IGL in case of any leakage, smell of gas, or damage to gas pipes using their 24x7 Emergency Helpline Numbers mentioned in the circular. 

Please go through the attached IGL circular carefully and ensure that these safety instructions are followed in your homes and common areas.
