Dear Nitish Jee,
The situation at our CZAR Society is deteriorating day by day regarding basic safety requirements, as Y G Estate (Maintenance Agency) is not taking these matters seriously. The lives of over 1500 residents are at stake.
All fire cylinders across the society have expired in April 2025, and despite repeated reminders, they have still not been replaced.

Also to note that, none of the FIRE SENSORS, FIRE ALARMS and CONTROL PANEL are in working condition across the Towers.
In case of any unfortunate fire incident, the entire responsibility will lie with Y G Estate, and appropriate legal and administrative actions may be initiated.
