Dear Residents,

This is in reference to the Minutes of Meeting (MOM) of the General Body Meeting (GBM) held on 19th August 2025 regarding Membership Registration and other society related activities. We are pleased to inform you that “Member Registration” activity will formally begin from today, 25th August 2025.

Membership forms will be available from evening at:

- The reception area of each tower

- The entry boom barrier for Villas

- Form is also attached with this message, you can take printout, fill it and submit accordingly.

Important instructions for filling the form:

• The form must be filled manually in CAPITAL letters.

• Details of both Owner and Co-owner (if applicable) must be provided.

• A provision has been given to include multiple apartments owned by the same person.

• Copies of all mandatory supporting documents mentioned in the form must be attached.

• Residents who do not currently stay in the society may fill the form, sign it, and share a scanned copy on the official AOA email ID.

• Completed forms may be submitted either to TR’s or Saurabh Aggarwal (AOA member)

• A membership fee of ₹1000/- per apartment is to be paid online (UPI/Bank transfer) to the AOA account. The UPI ID and bank details are mentioned in the form.

• After submission, the Committee team will verify all forms every Saturday and Sunday and confirm the acceptance.

• The last date for submission of forms is 25th September 2025.

We urge all residents to complete this process within the stipulated timeline to avoid last-minute inconvenience. Timely submission will help us maintain updated records and ensure smooth coordination in future activities.

प्रिय निवासियों,

यह सूचना 19 अगस्त 2025 को आयोजित जनरल बॉडी मीटिंग (GBM) की कार्यवाही (MOM) के संदर्भ में दी जा रही है, जिसमें सदस्यता पंजीकरण एवं अन्य सोसायटी से संबंधित गतिविधियों पर चर्चा हुई थी। हमें आपको यह बताते हुए प्रसन्नता हो रही है कि “सदस्यता पंजीकरण” गतिविधि आज, 25 अगस्त 2025 से औपचारिक रूप से प्रारंभ हो रही है।

सदस्यता फॉर्म उपलब्ध होंगे (आज शाम से):

• प्रत्येक टॉवर के रिसेप्शन क्षेत्र पर

• विला के एंट्री बूम बैरियर पर

• यह फॉर्म इस संदेश के साथ भी संलग्न है, जिसे आप प्रिंट करके भरकर जमा कर सकते हैं।

फॉर्म भरने के लिए महत्वपूर्ण निर्देश:

• फॉर्म को कैपिटल अक्षरों में मैन्युअली भरें।

• मालिक तथा सह-मालिक (यदि लागू हो) दोनों का विवरण अनिवार्य है।

• एक ही व्यक्ति द्वारा स्वामित्व वाली एक से अधिक अपार्टमेंट्स का विवरण भी शामिल किया जा सकता है।

• फॉर्म में बताए गए सभी अनिवार्य सहायक दस्तावेजों की प्रतियां संलग्न करना आवश्यक है।

• जो निवासी वर्तमान में सोसायटी में नहीं रह रहे हैं, वे फॉर्म भरकर, हस्ताक्षर करके उसकी स्कैन कॉपी AOA के आधिकारिक ईमेल आईडी पर भेज सकते हैं।

• पूर्ण रूप से भरे हुए फॉर्म TR’s या AOA सदस्य सौरभ अग्रवाल को भी जमा कर सकते हैं।

• ₹1000/- प्रति अपार्टमेंट सदस्यता शुल्क AOA खाते में ऑनलाइन (UPI/बैंक ट्रांसफर) के माध्यम से जमा करना अनिवार्य है। UPI ID और बैंक विवरण फॉर्म में दिए गए हैं।

• फॉर्म जमा करने के बाद समिति की टीम प्रत्येक शनिवार और रविवार को सभी फॉर्म की जाँच करेगी और स्वीकृति की पुष्टि करेगी।

• फॉर्म जमा करने की अंतिम तिथि 25 सितम्बर 2025 है।

हम सभी निवासियों से निवेदन करते हैं कि इस प्रक्रिया को निर्धारित समय सीमा के भीतर पूरा करें, ताकि अंतिम समय की असुविधा से बचा जा सके। समय पर जमा करने से हमें अद्यतन रिकॉर्ड बनाए रखने और भविष्य की गतिविधियों में बेहतर समन्वय सुनिश्चित करने में मदद मिलेगी।
