Greetings!
The AOA team has been actively involved in several additional activities over the last few days:
1. Involvement with NBCC: AOA is now part of key discussions with NBCC regarding project completion and the registry process. The previous ARs were completely non-transparent with both AOA and NBCC, leading to a loss of trust.
2. Maintenance Takeover: We are in advanced talks to take over the maintenance from YG Estate in the coming month.
3. Infrastructure Documentation: The team has undertaken the task of thoroughly understanding and documenting infrastructure-related issues. In the past, there was no proper source of information, but now everything is being systematically recorded for future reference.
Additionally, a GBM (General Body Meeting) has been planned for 30th March 2025. We request your inputs on whether the meeting should be held in the morning or evening to ensure maximum participation.
Given the multiple ongoing matters, the presence of as many residents as possible will help us collectively conclude key points.

पिछले कुछ दिनों में AOA टीम ने कई अतिरिक्त कार्यों में सक्रिय रूप से भाग लिया है:
1. NBCC के साथ भागीदारी: AOA अब NBCC के साथ परियोजना पूर्णता और रजिस्ट्री प्रक्रिया से जुड़ी महत्वपूर्ण चर्चाओं में शामिल है। पूर्व ARs ने AOA और NBCC दोनों के साथ पूरी तरह से अपारदर्शिता बरती, जिससे विश्वास का नुकसान हुआ।
2. मेंटेनेंस टेकओवर: हम आगामी महीने में YG एस्टेट से मेंटेनेंस अपने हाथ में लेने को लेकर उन्नत चर्चा में हैं।
3. इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर दस्तावेजीकरण: टीम ने इंफ्रास्ट्रक्चर से जुड़ी समस्याओं को विस्तार से समझने और दस्तावेज़ीकरण का कार्य शुरू किया है। पूर्व में इसकी कोई ठोस जानकारी उपलब्ध नहीं थी, लेकिन अब सब कुछ व्यवस्थित रूप से रिकॉर्ड किया जा रहा है ताकि भविष्य में संदर्भ के लिए उपयोगी हो।
इसके अतिरिक्त, 30 मार्च 2025 को एक GBM (जनरल बॉडी मीटिंग) आयोजित की गई है।
हम आपसे अनुरोध करते हैं कि आप यह बताएं कि बैठक सुबह या शाम को रखी जाए ताकि अधिकतम संख्या में निवासी भाग ले सकें।
वर्तमान में कई महत्वपूर्ण मुद्दों पर काम चल रहा है, और अधिकतम निवासियों की उपस्थिति से इन बिंदुओं को निर्णायक रूप से निष्कर्ष तक पहुंचाने में मदद मिलेगी।

Please add one more point of water seepage in basement under tower Caesar Royale, this is very long pending issues and maintenance team is unable to address this, we need to find out the solution of this.
