Dear YG Estates Team,

This is in continuation of our emails dated 03.06.2026 and 07.06.2026 regarding compliance with the NPCL Notice concerning recovery of CAM and other non-electrical charges through prepaid electricity meters at Supertech Czar.

Despite repeated communications, no response or compliance status has been received from your office till date.

Residents continue to seek clarity regarding the implementation of the directions contained in the NPCL Notice. The continued absence of any clarification or compliance update is causing concern amongst residents and is being duly recorded.

Several residents have expressed apprehension regarding further recharge of prepaid electricity meters in the absence of clarity on compliance with the NPCL directions and the continued recovery of non-electrical charges through the prepaid meter system. An immediate clarification from your office would help avoid uncertainty and inconvenience to residents.

Kindly inform:

1. The current status of compliance with the NPCL Notice.
2. Whether recovery of CAM and other non-electrical charges through prepaid electricity meters has been discontinued.
3. The NPCL Notice had prescribed a period of 7 days for settlement/refund of amounts recovered through prepaid meters. Kindly confirm the status of compliance with the said direction.
4. Any action taken by YG Estates pursuant to the NPCL directions.

The compliance status and action taken report may be furnished at the earliest so that the same may be communicated to the residents.

Regards,
CZAR AOA Team

Dear YG Estates Management,

This is with reference to the Notice dated 03.06.2026 issued by Noida Power Company Limited (NPCL) to Supertech Limited regarding the deduction of non-electrical charges, including CAM charges, through prepaid electricity meters.

The NPCL notice categorically records that deduction of CAM charges or any other non-electrical charges through prepaid electricity meters is in violation of the applicable UPERC Regulations and Tariff Orders. NPCL has further directed that:

1. No non-electrical charges shall be deducted through prepaid electricity meters.
2. Electricity supply shall not be disconnected on account of non-payment of CAM or other non-electrical charges.
3. Excess amounts collected through prepaid meters, if any, should be refunded/settled with residents within 7 days.
4. Failure to comply may result in appropriate action under the Electricity Act, 2003 and escalation to the District Administration, GNIDA and UPERC.

In view of the above, you are requested to immediately confirm:

* The date from which deduction of CAM and other non-electrical charges through prepaid electricity meters shall be discontinued.
* The mechanism proposed for compliance with the NPCL directions.
* The process and timeline for refund/adjustment of amounts collected through prepaid electricity meters towards CAM and other non-electrical charges.

Since the matter concerns regulatory compliance and affects all residents, we request your written response and action plan on an urgent basis.

Regards,
CZAR AOA Team
