Dear Nitish Arora

I am writing to formally express my objections regarding your circular dated 15th October concerning the increase in CAM charges at Supertech Czar. I find this unilateral decision by YG Estates to be unauthorized and uncalled for.

Given that this matter is currently sub judice in the honorable court, I believe that this decision is not only premature but also illegal. It is imperative that a status quo is maintained until the court has resolved the issues at hand.

I must insist that you reconsider this decision and roll back the charges immediately. Please be informed that we will not hesitate to take strict action should you fail to do so.
