Update regarding the long-pending and critical issue of basement water leakage!

Dear Residents,

We would like to share an important update regarding the long-pending and critical issue of basement water leakage, which has been a matter of concern for all of us for quite some time.

Over the past several weeks, we have been consistently following up with the IRP and the Supertech project team to expedite the resolution process. After multiple discussions, follow-up emails, and persistent efforts, we are pleased to inform you that a third-party contractor has finally been identified and finalized to undertake the necessary repair and rectification work.

As per the latest communication, the advance payment to the contractor is expected to be processed and released within the next 2 to 3 days. In the meantime, we are actively urging both the IRP and the project team to instruct the contractor to begin mobilization at the site without further delay. This includes the deployment of required manpower, materials, and equipment to initiate the work.

We are hopeful that, barring any unforeseen circumstances, the actual repair work on the basement leakage issue will commence within the coming week. This marks a crucial step forward in resolving a long-standing problem.

We sincerely appreciate your continued patience, understanding, and support throughout this process. Please rest assured that we remain fully committed to resolving this issue at the earliest and will continue to provide timely updates as the work progresses.
