Dear Residents,
Greetings from the AOA!
We are pleased to inform you that the first formal meeting with the Chief General Manager (CGM) of NBCC, following the recent court order, has been successfully conducted. The purpose of this meeting was to understand NBCC’s approach and way forward regarding our CZAR Project.
The CGM provided a detailed briefing, and it has been made explicitly clear that NBCC’s role is as follows:
1. Completing the construction of the pending projects (commercial, in the case of CZAR).
2. Selling the remaining flats.
3. Addressing deficiencies to remove hurdles related to OC/CC (Occupancy Certificate/Completion Certificate) to ensure CZAR’s registration.
Another meeting is scheduled for the coming week, and we will keep you updated with all further developments.
We are aware that certain individuals in our society are spreading rumors with various agendas. We kindly request all residents not to engage with or believe such rumors. For any clarifications, please feel free to reach out to the AOA directly.
We will be directly coordinating with NBCC and meetings will be done on a regular basis so that all residents should be updated about the ground realities and progress.

हमें आपको यह बताते हुए खुशी हो रही है कि हाल के अदालती आदेश के बाद NBCC के मुख्य महाप्रबंधक (CGM) के साथ पहली औपचारिक बैठक सफलतापूर्वक सम्पूर्ण हो गई है। इस बैठक का उद्देश्य हमारी CZAR Project के संबंध में NBCC के दृष्टिकोण और आगे बढ़ने के तरीके को समझना था।
CGM ने एक विस्तृत ब्रीफिंग प्रदान की, और यह स्पष्ट रूप से बताया NBCC की भूमिका इस प्रकार है:
1. लंबित परियोजनाओं (वाणिज्यिक, CZAR के मामले में) का निर्माण पूरा करना।
2. बचे हुए फ्लैट बेचना.
