I'd take all the possible combinations and pass themthrough the free Buckwalter Arabic Morphological Analyzer, which consists of a Perl script with severaldictionary files, giving glosses and part-of-speech information.
This dictionary offers around 50.000 keywords and phrases from standard Arabic and common German as well as from all major subject areas along with the corresponding translations. Since idiomatic expressions and colloquialisms breathe life into language, they are taken into account in this dictionary. References to subject areas and stylistic levels make it easier to find the appropriate translation. In addition, Austrian and Swiss expressions are adequately represented.
In Preface, the author says that the purpose of this dictionary is to present, as a first attempt, a unified and comprehensive reference index for the field of his professional specialization. It is intended to be an accessible tool for the builders of the profession and the makers of its future; and to serve the process of development and creativity. The author says his goal has been to present a nomenclature of terms, to form an integrated language, by which the members of the accounting profession may address the world and each other in one professional language.

The standard dictionary for the classical period. Lane died around Qaf of the commonly known words. After Qaf, the number of entries substantially declines. He did not address rare occurences. Remeber there is an additional section of entries for Qaf through Ya at the end of volume 8.

Authors of Arabic dictionaries have frequently died when writing the entries for the letter Qaf. To make up for that problem, this dictionary begins with the letter Qaf. Although it is in German, it include short definitions in English.
The version of the dictionary which is made available on this page is a partial version of the overall dictionary (currently c. 31,000 entries). This online version attempts to cover the basic vocabulary of Sudanese Arabic, including almost all the vocabulary given in Rank frequency list: spoken English from Word frequencies in written and spoken English, by Geoffrey Leech, Paul Rayson and Andrew Wilson (Longman, 2001), pp. 144-180. This frequency list is also available on this webpage.
Transcription system and other symbols used for in the dictionary. The dictionary is in Excel spreadsheet format in both Arabic-English and English-Arabic versions. This spreadsheet format allows the reader to order the material in various ways (alphabetically on English entries, alphabetically on Arabic entries, by root, etc.). It also makes it possible for the reader to extract information; e.g. to look up all records (rows) in Column B (English entries) which contain the word 'clean'. I would be very pleased to receive comments on the dictionary, including information about mistakes.
