Dear Neighbors,

Our November meeting will continue our City Services Academy (CSA) with an exploration of the Baltimore City Council. We will be joined by Councilman Yitzy Schleifer and Danelle Pinder, Liaison to City Council President Nick Mosby. Bring your CSA folder or pick one up at the meeting. 

We will also meet our new Maryland State Delegate, Malcolm Ruff, who is coming to introduce himself to the community.
