Dear neighbors - The annual Moonrise electronic music festival at Pimlico Racetrack will be this weekend.

The flyer is attached. Note the flyer also provides the phone number for the Community Hotline: 424-303-6017 and an email at mikeisa...@gmail.com if you have difficulties with the online form. Please use this hotline during the concert if you notice any problems, such as unruly behavior on the part of attendees, issues with traffic or parking of cars, or excess noise or vibration from the music.
