FYI RDL Designer

I downloaded the NuGet package as suggested by the following link:

https://github.com/majorsilence/My-FyiReporting

It installed, I go to run RDLDesigner.exe and it never opens, using Windows 8.1.

What am i doing wrong?

already tryed to download the package not from nuget ? If yes, not run too ?

As Stefano suggested it is probably better to try using the zip packages.  The nuget packages need an overhaul.
