Multi page support and lines

Hi,

I need to build a report that has so many fields on it that it will require 3 pages. When using the rdl design app in design mode 1 page is shown and adding more fields just shows these fields on the gray app background rather than a new page. It seems to show correctly when I run the report though.. it shows on next page etc. Is this a bug or am I missing something?

Furthermore, I have a vertical line on page 1 which I would like to repeat on all pages but it only shows on page 1 how can i get it to show on all pages?

This is bug. Or more correct this is not implemented.
If you want, you can implement it. Pull requests is welcomed.
