Project Manager roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to ownership of the entire project and associated team, ensuring client satisfaction and timely and quality delivery of products.   Requirements:   Technology -          Microsoft.NET Expert -          Symbian, Windows Mobile Expert -          Knowledge about BlackBerry, J2ME -          Experience in building technical architectures, implementing frameworks & patterns -          Exposure to UML and Microsoft Project   Project Management -          Estimation of effort -          Creating and executing project plans -          Resource management -          Task management -          Ability to handle team of 10-15 people   General Skills -          Establish and build custom relationship -          Strong written and verbal communications -          Mentoring – technical and team building -          Leadership qualities
Qualification
MCA, BE or equivalent
Experience : 6 – 9 Yrs
