myExperiment xml schema

Hello, 

i'm create a myExperiment Client for query in API (ex.: http://www.myexperiment.org/search.xml?query=protein).

Question: Where i can get the xml schema (.xsd) for myExperiment?

Hi Leandro,

Unfortunately, we don't have a complete formal XSD for the myExperiment API.

One small part of the API (relating to components) was described in an XSD here:
https://github.com/taverna/taverna-component-activity/blob/maintenance/src/main/resources/NewMyExperimentSchema.xsd

but otherwise you'll have to use the textual documentation available here:
http://wiki.myexperiment.org/index.php/Developer:API
