I recently uploaded a csv file and observed no errors or technical issues, until I went to edit or display them. When I go to list or edit the events in the backend - prior to publication, the only events displayed are those that imported as drafts.  When I select show all, nothing but the drafts are displayed, dispite that the system shows that there are 44 events in the system.  See screenshot for visual clarification.  Thanks in advance for the assistance. - Charles.

After dumping the posts from phpmyadmin, I altered the csv so that all the events were drafts.  They all imported, however, the date fields, while displayed properly at import are not populated in the draft posts.  I hope to have these issues resolved soon. I really do think this is a great product, and firmly believe it is what we need to use on our site.  As such I really need to have these issues resolved.

Charles,

Thanks for your message.

Want to ask few things from you first just to clarify everything.
So in the CSV have to set publish_status to be drafts? and can you also make sure the dates are in correct format? (use sample.csv as guide that file is in the main zip file of csv importer)

Yes and Yes.  I used the guide to create and complete the csv I needed to to do the import.  And yes, in order to access the imported files, I had to change all publish_status to drafts and then manually change each of them to publish.

The thing that struck me as odd, as show in the previously attached image, is that the system recognized that the events are there, but would not display them in the front or back end.

Additional notes:  I use Microsoft Excel 2013 to create a tab delimitation MS-DOS CSV.
