This is a pre-purchase question:

Does this module have parametric search capabilities?
My customers will need to filter their event search by State, zip code proximity, and/or date. Can this plugin do this? ...or are there add-ons that can give it this functionality?

Actually we are working on a more comprehensive addon with event search capabilities using google maps. However I would say January 2014 release day for this
