Action User not accepting submissions

I bought action user so unregistered users could submit events, but I haven't ben able to successfully receive any events from unregistered or registered users. Can anyone help?

upon further investigation action user will only post events if the event location field is turned off. Hopefully there is a way to fix this issue.
