Facebook Share doesn't work on iPhone

So I have the social stuff set up and it's working great, Chrome, IE, Safari and Chrome on my iPad mini, but when I test the functionality on Safari and Chrome on my iPhone 5, it brings me to a blank share page with a URL text box and a "Preview" button. Not sure what's causing it. Tried multiple iPhones with the same result.

It's interesting to note, I've viewed the links behind the button (via copy link) on both computer, iPad and iPhone, they are all identical. Not a single character variation that I could see. So my suspicion is there's a variable that's being passed behind the scenes that not getting passed or passed incorrectly on the iPhone?
