EventON 2.2.7 and Important notices

Hi guys, EventON 2.2.7 is now available via automatic update.

IMPORTANT!

If you have any of our addons, please update those addons before you do eventON auto update to avoid site crashing. Which will be fixed with this new update, but just to get this new update please update your addons first from myeventon.com/my-account

For 2.2.7 lot of our addons need update as some codex have changed.

I will write a description news post of what has changed and what new features we have.

What is the correct updating procedure? Updating through WP doesn't work.

PLEASE NOTE, YOU STILL HAVE ACTION USER v.5 as the current download EVEN THOUGH YOU"VE LISTED IT AS v.6. When I download v.6 from your MYEVENTON downloads page and open the event-action-user.php file it indicates that it's still version .5!!! This crashed our site and we have had to remove action user plugin.

Silly me.
I updated the EventOn plugin before updating the Full Cal add-on.
And guess what happened? Maaaajor site crash!
OOPS.
Can anyone help?

Ah so if you didnt update addons before updating eventON, what you can do is, go to FTP and remove addon folders and then go to wp-admin and activate eventON. And then upload addon folders via ftp or install from wp-admin

CSV Importer seems to still be listed as version 9.0 instead of 10. The download shows as version 10, but when I updated it in the site it stil shows as 9.

I purchased an updated pricetag version of the script and when I try to activate the auto-update feature with the api ki it still says not turned on. any clue what's wrong?

The new versions of EventON Full Cal & EventON single events are not working. I am presented with the following error messages:

EventON Full Cal is enabled but not effective. It requires EventON in order to work. EventON single events is enabled but not effective. It requires EventON in order to work.

I am using 2.2.7 of EventON. We had to manually reinstall this as the update broke the site.

Hi,

I'm still confused about how to update the add ons. I get that automatic updates aren't available and that I need to download the new versions from my account, but then what? When I go into my plug ins page and try to upload the new versions I get the following message. So what exactly am I supposed to do with the new zip files? The website is www.quepasaoaxaca.com.

What you need to do is unzip the content and you would get a folder inside the zip file and then upload that content via FTP and replace old files.
