My payment system will be through PayPal. When someone clicks on an event is there a registration form they can fill out first to supply their name and other details or do they just go straight to PayPal and pay?

Does a user fill out a registration form before being sent to paypal?
I am doing research on this plugin and am trying to learn about how a users registers for an event, and when they pay for the event using paypal. Is there a demo or documentation on that somewhere?
In the features of EventOn it says:
"Integrated PayPal to accept payments for events"
but I couldn't find an example or more info than that.

The paypal at the moment will only allow you to redirect users to a paypal checkout page or a direct paypal link.
