Addon updates unavailable

Hi!
I have just updated EventOn, but I'm unable to update csv import and fullCal addons. Theese items are unavailable in the download section of your site. How can I update to latest versions?

I have successfully downloaded and installed both csv import and fullCal plugins, but it appears that cdv import is not the most recent version. Wordpress shows v.0.9 update available for this plugin?

I bought Single Event addon in June and today, i can't make update because i don't find my purchase from my account ! (I got the proof on Ebay - 5.99$)
Why ?

Your order with #613 looks the same as #603 order which you have cancelled. And you have used the email zonecactus@ to order this. SO please login using that email to get the updates to addon.
