Monthly event - please help

Hello everybody! I'm trying to create a monthly event. Always on Sundays, always on the first Sunday of the week. Always at 2:30 p.m. eventON always creates the event on the day of the month on which I originally created it. Can you help me?

For example, always on the 3rd of the month. Even if it's a Tuesday.

This is a part of the basic documentation.
But under the event you create. You have this " Repeating Event - Enable repeating instances for this event "
Activate that, and you will get the chance to set the wanted repeat
