Problem with uploading 'featured images' through Action user

Hi,

we've installed (on clean Wordpress) the plugin + action user add on. When adding a new event with also a featured image, the image is not transferred into the events...

What could be wrong ?

Interesting does not happen on my end. It might be an issue with your web host can you send me login info and FTP to your site via http://customer.ashanjay.com/plugin-support-access/
