Empty lines in the .ics file

Hi

Just wanted to help you out. The ics file when downloaded has some blank lines in it which seem to corrupt the file on mobile devices and mac computers.

To fix this issue we did this:

Line 41 of eventON/eventon-ajax.php - We added in ob_clean(); - that's it.
