When I go into My Account to get the latest Daily View Addon download - there is nothing to download - any ideas please?

As I stated in my original post - when you go to My Account, it shows that I have nothing to download.... so this link just takes me to the same place, and shows me the same thing....  ?

I can't use the update of Full cal and Daily. The problem is always here.
