too big image in full calendar on sidebar

Hello, i have a problem with the full calendare widgetized in a sidebar. In the main calendare i set the event featured image height to 400px because it's the better for me, but, now, please look at the screenshot of my sidebar :(

Can you please post a link to your site with the sidebar? so I cna see what is happening with te featured image and give you assistance on how to fix this thanks

Ok so try setting featured image height to be 250px because your images are not 400px tall

ok I resize the image to 250px eight and i change the event card featured image to 250 px but the result isn't good :(

what do you think it's happened?
