Have just the plugin "User Action" bought. No matter which side I enter the shortcode [add_evo_submission_form]. It appears nothing!
Maybe it's due to the framework of my template. When I click on Classic editor change, it appears. That does not help me but nothing, because the framework is very important to me.

If the same shortcode shows the action user submission form and it doesnt show via framework, pretty good chance the issue is with your framework. Talk to framework developers and see if and how you should include a shortcode within the framewrk correctly.

Eventon is displayed in the front end, but not User Action! This may not be the template after all. Here, for me a bad buy out.
It's funny, when the calendar is displayed in the front end and not user action. Somehow I lose the desire.
Nevertheless, I am glad they are trying to help me
