form issue + settings images not showing.

hi, I've got couple of issues with your plugin. First after clicking the subscribe button it seems like nothing is happening (there is no confirmation message displayed) but after checking the subscriber list i can see the email address in the list.

Secondly - it looks like the images are not loading in the settings panel - it seems that the assets folder is not linking correctly from the css file.

I'm using the latest plugin version (just purchased it today) and WP 3.7.1
