Trouble importing .csv events

Hello,

I'm having trouble importing events from my .csv. I am now able to upload the sample .csv, but I still can't upload my .csv. Other than having all the head fields correct and making the correct formatting of dates and time, is there something that I'm missing?

make sure there are no blank spaces at the end, we found that could cause it to not show info. So how are can you get through?
