Hi there,
I've installed WP3.8 & myEventON 2.2.4... And It often works but sometimes, and I can not find why, it blocks my website. The site does not load, you can not connect to WP and the only solution I've found to solve the problem is to delete the folder Eventon (FTP) and reinstall the plug...
You have any ideas to solve this problem ???

Another idea : it seems the crash appears only the day+1... If i active the plug today, it works... but tomorow the website will be blocked !!!

But the site is on today... Only the access to backoffice of wordpress is down. The only solution is to delete the eventon directory plug and reinstall it after

Today the website is on... but enable to access to the WP admin panel !

Could you please send me a direct link to where you have EventON installed? because I can not find it on the link you sent me. 

Also I strongly believe this issue you are experiencing has anything to do with eventON. Have you try deactivating eventON and see it you site works without issues?

Thank you for sending me the link. So you mentioned the site get blocked sometimes? what exactly happen, could you please elaborate on that? 

And when you install eventON do you install it via FTP or through wp-admin?

I can't reproduce the problem. Actually i can't connect to WP back office. The interface is blocked. Nothing appears when i try to connect. The website is accessible.

Did you say everything works fine when you have eventON tuned off? Please let me know if you have tried installing eventON via FTP?

I did install with WP interface. And when i'm turning off eventON, the backoffice is available.

So i reinstall eventON with FTP to verify if it's a best way. When the plug isn't active the website is ok... the WP backoffice is ok...

Another thing, it's very long when i try to click on lincence add on... And to long when try to active it

I don't know why. I'm able to access to wp back office but impossible to access to extensions page...

Avez-vous trouver une solution pour ce problème ? C'est vraiment dommage d'acheter ce plugin et constater qu'il ne fonctionne pas correctement.

I try with the new version plugin... but nothing change... Install is ok... But after some time, extensions are no longer available

I am 100% certain this is an issue with your theme because we are not seeing this happening any where else. Please talk to your theme developers.

I try with the default fourteen theme and it's the same result... I ask question to my theme developer too
