Unable to import cyrillic data with cdv import tool

Tried to export cdv file with excel and numbers to several encodings, but all I get during import is a number of empty entries. I assume, that there's a problem with a csv file encoding, but unicode doesn't work. Please advise.

How did you create the csv file?

Imported sample.csv from the package to Excel, inserted my data to the corresponding columns and exported file to csv. Did the same with Numbers.

On the second step after you choose the file and click next step, do you see all the data in that page?

On the second step I see a bunch of empty lines. System recognizes them as entries, but all the fields are empty.

OK seems like the csv file have some issues. Make sure there are no spaces at the end of each data cell.

Manually checked all the fields - no spaces in the beginning or ending of the cells.
