Been waiting for support for an issue I've had for over a week and a half now. Not a single response. Getting pretty tired of it. If no response is given in the next 48 hours I will be seeking a refund via CodeCanyon and Envato.
It's sad to see a decent product go down the drain. Now would be the time to redeem yourself developers... there are many unsatisfied customers. Don't offer support if you won't follow through!

Unfortunately it looks like the developers have abandoned EventON. Request a refund via Paypal and check out http://time.ly -- I switched to them.
