Been waiting for support for an issue I've had for over a week and a half now. Not a single response. Getting pretty tired of it. If no response is given in the next 48 hours I will be seeking a refund via CodeCanyon and Envato.
It's sad to see a decent product go down the drain. Now would be the time to redeem yourself developers... there are many unsatisfied customers. Don't offer support if you won't follow through!
