myEventON does not show up on my page

I have installed this plugin created a few events went to add them to a page using different form of the short code and nothing works no events show up. When I preview the post only the title shows up. I am using the latest version of wordpress and the X theme. Help this is frustrating!!!!!!!!!!!!

We really cannot help you unless you provide live access to your site, or temporary viewing. 

Can you shoot Ashan or I your credentials at : http://customer.ashanjay.com/plugin-support-access/ 

That way we can take a look to see atleast the site in live form, and see whether or not X-Theme is breaking the plugin, or if our plugin is not loading entirely.

It sounds like there may be some javascript issues. Are you able to inspect the Page with Google Chrome browser and see if there are any errors?

That way we can take a look to see atleast the site in live form, and see whether or not X-Theme is breaking the plugin, or if our plugin is not loading entirely.

It sounds like there may be some javascript issues. Are you able to inspect the Page with Google Chrome browser and see if there are any errors?

I have installed this plugin created a few events went to add them to a page using different form of the short code and nothing works no events show up.
