Myers Welcomes New Assistant Principal

Dear Parents and Guardians:
It is my pleasure to announce that Laura Cahill has been appointed as the new Assistant Principal for Student Services. Some of you will recognize her as a familiar face in the building, as she has been our Assistant Coordinator for Special Education since March.
In the position of Assistant Principal for Student Services, Ms. Cahill will be working directly with me on all aspects of the administration of the school so that we maintain, promote, and enhance the learning environment for your children. In addition, Ms. Cahill will be responsible for coordinating the programs of the students of Myers Elementary who require Special Education services.
Ms. Cahill is an accomplished administrator who most recently worked at Rockland BOCES as an Assistant Principal, and prior to that worked as an Instructional Supervisor for the East Ramapo School District in Rockland County.
Ms. Cahill is a Myers alumni and graduated from Roy C. Ketcham High School. Please join me in welcoming her to our Myers Elementary family.
