Dear Parents and Guardians,
I am pleased to inform you that we had a very good day at Myers. This morning, I called a staff meeting to discuss the tragedy at Sandy Hook Elementary School, and how we, as a community, move forward. I met with the Myers Safety Team and reviewed our safety plans. I also met with our School Social Worker and School Psychologist to prepare for any students that may need our assistance during this time.
The new drop-off procedure went very well. I want to thank everyone involved for their patience and support through this transition.
