Dear colleagues,

  Just to inform that presently FOE has TWO units of UP Plus 3D printers,
situated in PCB Lab.  These machines are capable of creating solid
objects out of ABS (acrylonitrile butadiene styrene) and bio-degradable
PLA (polylacto-acid) polymers.  Present mechanical resolution is 0.15mm.
 The machines is for the usage of Staffs and students of FOE.  Open
source and free software are used for designing 3D objects.  Let me or
YC Lo know if you need a briefing to use the machine.
