Code Builder not running in Chrome

Created diorama add some scenes clicked run and nothing happens?

Also it won't load the plugin on MSIE and wants a re-install of Google Earth plugin.  I tried running with the console open.

I hope I figure it out soon because I'd really like to play with it.

Sorry user error on Chrome, so it looks like i'm good there, but the plugin isn't loading on IE.
