Its showing "invalid batch"

..

I called customer care agent and some very cute voice told me that the problem will get resolved in 24 hours.

..

This news was quite shocking for me BEFORE i checked balance of some other e-gift vouchers from flipkart that was delivered directly to me.. and in all the vouchers its showing the same error ("invalid batch")...

I guess there is some problem with the website.. :/
