Sir,
As pointed by you in the third presentation, that JSON file creation by
user and I-Card Generation through VIP Device shouldn't be in same flow,
we have made few changes in the poster.

Dear Javed,
Poster is well made and self explanatory but is too cluttered.
My suggestion is remove the diagram showing the problem statement and
just add the
following in some form
"Have you ever waited endlessly in a queue for getting your Gate Pass
made in
some office/company?
You soon realize that the delay is only due to the need for the
receptionist to enter the data after you fill it up in a
form/register."
