and why can't we use latex for the id creation. much more better than abiword. :-/

We cant uae latex because bala said it's too hard.

No, its not that,

bala said that it would be too hard for the company admin (which would be not us) to create an id pass using latex :(

It will still tough for him to create the ID in abiword but atleast it has a gui !!!

no they can just change the variables in the code much more easier than creating in the abiword.

Imagine beeing a adminstrator with no programming exp, a latex document can be a big wall of confusion even tough it's simple with some background knowledge. At least in abiword what you see is what you get, which logically should be easier for the human mind. (But I agree latex is way easier!)
