Location :- Remote
Job Description:
Design and build scalable data pipelines, Snowflake data models, and CRMA dashboards that drive business decisions across Services and Operations. You will own end-to-end delivery — from ingestion to insight — and actively leverage AI-assisted development tools across the full SDLC.
Snowflake
- Design and optimize data pipelines using Snowpipe, Streams, Tasks, and dbt
- Implement RBAC, dynamic data masking, and row-level security
- Tune query performance and manage compute cost controls
CRM Analytics (CRMA)
- Build and maintain CRMA dataflows, recipes, and lenses on Salesforce
- Develop dashboards and stories for Service Cloud
- Integrate Salesforce objects with Snowflake via CDC or MuleSoft
AI-assisted SDLC
- Use GitHub Copilot or Cursor for AI-assisted code generation, refactoring, and review
- Leverage Claude Code or equivalent for agentic tasks: test generation, documentation, and debugging
- Apply Jira Rovo or AI-assisted tools for ticket authoring, sprint planning, and release notes
- Contribute to team prompt libraries and share best practices for AI tool usage
Collaboration
- Lead data modelling sessions and define engineering standards
- Review code, document pipelines, and mentor junior engineers
