First Ever Gym Minyan BBQ

Hello everyone,

While meeting with the Gym Minyan Board to plan our summer schedule of events, the board came up with the idea of having a Gym Minyan Summer BBQ, similar to what MYC does annually. This event would be the centerpiece of our summer schedule, bring everyone of all ages together outside of kanissa, and can potentially draw a lot of new faces to regular attendance. All board members unanimously agreed that this is the exact type of event missing from the Gym Minyan calendar, and they are eager to make it a success because it was their own idea! After much deliberating, we have chosen July 29th as the date for the BBQ. We are ready to start planning and promoting the event. 

To make this event possible we need:

1. A location that can hold over 100 kids (preferably a backyard)

2. A sponsor/s to make sure the price doesn't prevent any kid from attending 

Please reach out myself or any of the other directors of you are interested. The event is planned for the 29th which only leaves us 11 days.
