Takana Day ‘ Allahdadi Day

Hello everyone. Shabbat June 09 is fast approaching ! I want to ask everyone to try to get really involved in this important day.
We have 6 different minyans
3 at 54
2 at Ohr Esther
1 Shaare Rachamim
Please designate at Least Two representative from each Minyan to Announce and to Run
The program on that day ..if your Minyan likes to be part of the Raffle/contest with the 101 Q/A about Allahdadi then you have to distribute and explain the contest this Shabbat give people two weeks to study
Just send Two names per Minyan and we will do it perfectly right.
if you Ignore this email Nothing will happen on that day except for the gym Minyan

Thx Arezou   We need to know who from each Minyan will 

1) read out the Takana

2)whose gonna speak about the Takana and relate it to  Allahdadi

3)whose gonna run the the Raffle/Contest about Allahdadi Q&A

If we have the list of these people  first we see that they are really serious and also we can Coordinate with each other

Hi David,

Yes, we are working on coordinating the event for June 9th (Reading of Takana and Allah Dadi Raffle).

We will pick up the booklets and distribute this Shabbat to both minyans with announcements.

I've been away for business, so I'm catching up. I have a few questions:

- How is this Q&A working? Is someone coming downstairs to question the crowd?

- Are we advertising prizes? If so, what are the prizes? 

- Who's sponsoring the prizes?

Please provide more information so I can make an announcement tomorrow.

Hi josh I’m in Vegas right now. We will have a list of around 12 questions that would be more appropriate and are not too hard nor too easy 

Or you can choose them yourselves 

For the gym Minyan we have a budget for these kind of events. 

Either get a budget of maybe $500 a Minyan from your board for a few prizes that you think your audiences would like , including a grand prize or ask for a sponsor tomorrow in Shul 

You can get an idea of prizes and the  way way to run the program if you talk to Cody hakimian and the rest of gym Minyan Directors 

Don’t forget that someone has to read out the Takana as well that day

Hello everyone. This Shabbat is the
Reaffirmation of our Tradition Day/Allahdadi Day
Someone told me that it’s like the “Super Bowl
Of all Shabbats “for our community.
I loved it!
The Takana pamphlets will be available late tonight at 54
Please Ohr Esther and Sharre Rachamim Boards arrange pick up tomorrow and place them on each seat /chair on Shabbat morning as we always do ..
Please try to have your Speakers to make a real big deal about both Events and tie them together
